- 1/2 cup yoghurt (curd)
- 2 onions
- 1/4 cup cashews powder (homemade)
- 3-4 tablespoons oil for cooking

- 1/4 cup cashews(kaju)
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 2 green chili’s
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds (dry roast & crushed)
- 1 teaspoon cumin & coriander seeds powder (roasted &crushed)
- As required Coriander leaves for garnishing
- 3-4 tablespoons oil for cooking
- 1 cup water

- Firstly we will boil potatoes with a glass of water set aside to cool then slice them further dice onions with ginger garlic paste & green chili’s set aside besides blend fine powder of cashews
- Further take a wok add oil once it is warm add the diced onions and sauté until raw smell disappears & oil separates then add the cashews powder,whisked yoghurt & all spices cook the gravy until oil separates lastly add the boiled potatoes slices,crushed kasuri methi,fennel seeds crushed and 1 cup water to adjust the consistency
