Here is my recipe of Eggless Christmas cake which is made without any refined flour, without eggs and Without Microwave.I used Gas Tandoor and bananas to make this yummy cake.

- 1.5 Cup wheat flour
- 2 Chopped bananas
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup tutti frutti
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds,raisins,cashews,walnuts mix
- 3-4 Cherry for decoration
- 1/4 cup chopped cherrys
- 2 tsp ghee for greasing

- In a mixy jar,blend wet ingredients with 2 bananas,oil,sugar,milk all together
- Put this banana batter in a bowl
- Sieve all dry ingredients that is wheat flour,baking powder,baking soda,cinnamon powder and mix well in other bowl.
- Mix all wet ingredients of step 2 with dry ingredients of step 3 and blend well with a hand whisker using cut and fold method
- Add all dry fruits,tutti frutti and cherry to it and mix well again.Also preheat gas tandoor for 10 mins
- Grease cake tin with ghee and you can use butter paper if you have and transfer whole cake batter in it and tap it twice to remove air bubbles.Add more tutti frutti to give more taste on top
- Bake this cake for 40 mins in gas tandoor in slow flame.
- After 40 mins,check if toothpick doesnot stick means cake is ready.Cool it and top it with cheerys and serve.Happy Christmas..
