  1. Peler et couper les pommes de terre en petits morceaux. Faire cuire (vapeur, à l'eau...). Écraser en purée et laisser refroidir.
  2. Pendant ce temps, préparer la ratatouille. Émincer l'oignon, couper en petits cubes la courgette, l'aubergine, les tomates et le poivron. Faire revenir l'oignon dans une poêle avec un peu d'huile d'olive. Quand ils sont bien translucide, ajouter le reste des légumes. Ajouter la gousse d'ail écrasée, les herbes de provence à votre goût, sel (poivre). Laisser mijoter à feu doux pendant environ 10 à 15mn.
  3. Reprendre la purée. Ajouter l'œuf, le parmesan râpé, la chapelure, le sel et bien mélanger jusqu'à obtenir une belle pâte homogène.
  4. Huiler la poêle, étaler au fond la moitié de la pâte, recouvrir de ratatouille, ajouter la mozzarella coupée en petits morceaux, et finir par recouvrir de pâte.
  5. Comme je n'avais pas assez de pâte et que mes poêles vont aussi au four, j'ai fait cuire au four en passant un peu d'huile d'olive au pinceau sur le dessus. Sinon vous pouvez cuire à la poêle en retournant le gâteau après environ 10mn de cuisson en vous aidant d'un couvercle. Bon appétit 😋
