  2. 1 cup thick yoghurt
  3. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. as per taste Salt
  8. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  9. 2 tbsp roasted besan
  10. 200 gram paneer in squre pieces
  11. 1/2 cup onion in square pieces
  12. 1/2 cup green capsicum in square pieces
  13. 3 tbsp oil for vegetables roast
  14. For Masala Gravy :--
  15. 3 tbsp oil
  16. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  17. 1 bay leaf
  18. 4 cloves
  19. 1 cinnamon
  20. 2 cardamom
  21. 1 dry red chilli
  22. 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  23. 3 medium size chopped onion
  24. 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  25. 1 tbsp cumin coriander powder
  26. 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  27. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  28. as per taste Salt
  29. 4 medium size Tomato puree
  30. 3 tbsp thick yoghurt
  31. 1/2 cup water
  32. 1 tbsp Kasuri methi
  33. 2 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves

Instructions to make to make Paneer Tikka Masala

  1. First, wrap the yoghurt in a muslin cloth and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour. Now this yogurt has become quite thick. Now add this yoghurt to a bowl.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and roasted gram flour to this curd and mix well.
  3. Now add square paneer pieces, onion pieces and capsicum pieces in this mixer, mix well and coat with spices. Now let this mixer rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan and roast the pieces of paneer and vegetables in it till golden brown. Now our paneer tikka is ready.
  5. Now in another pan, heat oil on a medium flame of gas, add bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, red chilli powder and cumin seeds and simmer.
  6. Now add ginger garlic paste and chopped onion and cook till the onion turns golden colour.
  7. Now slow down the flame of gas and add Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and garam masala and roast it.
  8. Now add tomato puree, mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes with lid. Now add thick yoghurt and keep stirring and mix everything. Now when the oil comes out, add water and cook till the gravy comes to 1 boil.
  9. Now add pieces of roasted paneer and pieces of vegetables in this gravy and mix it. Add Kasuri methi and mix it. Then turn off the gas, add green coriander and mix it.
  10. Now our Dhaba style Paneer Tikka Masala Subji is ready to serve. Garnish with roasted paneer and green coriander leaves.
