  24. 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  25. 1 tsp kasmiri ref chilli powder
  26. 1 pinch hing (asafoetida)

  1. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add tur dal and moong dal to the pressure cooker and roast for 2-3 mins.Addturmeric powder, salt, green chillies and curry leaves, mix well.Now add water, cover and allow to cook for 2-3 whistles.
