- 3 boiled eggs
- For marinate eggs
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- For gravy
- 3 tomatoes puree
- 1 tbsp ginger, garlic and green chilli paste
- 1 tbsp crushed ginger and garlic
- 2 black cardamom crushed
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chily paste
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- As per taste Salt
- 2 tbsp refined oil
- as needed Water
Steps to make to make Egg Cardamom Curry
- First boil eggs. Once it is done. Transfer to a plate. Keep aside and cool it. Take out the egg shell. Marinate the eggs with haldi powder and salt. Keep a side for few minutes. Mean while heat oil in pan. Fry marinate eggs for 3 minutes. Once it is done. Transfer to a katori and keep aside. In the same pan add cumin seeds and cardamom pods. Let it crackle for few minutes. Add tomato puree, haldi powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder. Saute it for few minutes.
- Add little water so that the masala will not burnt. Then add litlle salt because in marination I have used salt. Cover and cook till the masala cooked well. Open the lid and add fried eggs. Mix properly so that the masala will coated well.
- Again add water as needed. Add garam masala mix it well. Cover and cooked till it is gravy. Once it is done Take out the lid and the curry is ready.
- Transfer to a serving plate garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve.......with steam..............rice................
