- 5 cup Rice (Half boiled)
- 3 medium size Potato
- 2 medium size Onions
- 5 to 6 small size Tomatoes
- 5 to 6 small Green Chillies
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 2 & 1/2 tbsp Salt or taste
- 2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 &1/2 tsp Zeera
- 1 & 1/2 tsp Zeera powder
- 1 tbsp Dhaniya powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 4 Cloves
- 3-4 black pepper
- 2 sticks DarCheeni
- Quarter tsp Jaifal javetri
- 2 leaves Taiz pat
- 3 Choti elaichi
- 2 Bari elaichi
- 4-5 Aloo bukharay
- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
- handful Coriander
- Zardy colour + kewra + water
- Water as required
Steps to make to make Aloo Biryani
- In a pan add oil and onions
then add sabut garam masala
(Bari or choti ealichi, taiz paat.leaves, jaifal javetri, darcheeni, cloves, black peppers) ye SB daal Kar pyaz fry karain - JB pyaz golden brown ho Jaye to ginger garlic paste daal Kar mix karain phir tamatar Dal Kar spices dalain
Salt, Red chilli powder, zeera powder, dhnaiya powder,Garam masala powder. sabut zeera, lemon Dal Kar Achi trh masala bhoon lain phir green chillies add karain
Or aloo add Kar KY itna Pani dakain KY aloo gal jayen. - 15 min KY liya rice bhigo Lain.
After 15 mins rice ko pani mai salt or Thora sa oil Dal Kar daal dain or boil karain or aik kanni Chor dain.
Phir JB rice ready ho Jayen to strainer mai daal Kar chaaan lain.
Or foran tayyar Kiya hoye masalay mai dalain
(JB aloo gal jayen or Pani dry ho Jaye to masala ready hai. Flame ko slow Kar dain or boil rice add karain) - Rice add karny KY baad rice KY upr zarda colour kewra or pani mai mix Kar KY phaila dain or chopped coriander bhi sprinkle Kar dain
Or 10 to 15 mins dam wali flame par Chor dain. - Mazedaar si biryani tayyyar hai..!!
