  3. BIQUETTE : laver et couper les poivrons en lanières. Les faire revenir dans un peu d'huile d'olive. Mélanger le chèvre avec le basilic. Faire griller une première fois le pain. Disposer les poivrons, émietter le fromage de chèvre par-dessus. Un tour de moulin sel/poivre. Un filet de miel et enfourner 210°C pour 5/10 min.
  4. RACLETTE : faire cuire les pommes de terre et les découper en rondelles fines. Faire griller une première fois le pain. Disposer les tranches de pommes de terre, les tranches de speck, le fromage à raclette en petits bouts par-dessus. Un tour de moulin à poivre et enfourner 10 min à 210°C.
  5. ESTIVALE : laver et découper l'aubergine en fines tranches dans le sens de la longueur. Les disposer sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, les badigeonner d'un peu d'huile d'olive et les faire griller au four pendant 20 minutes. Retourner à mi-cuisson. Couper les courgettes en fines rondelles et les faire cuire au four.
  6. Faire griller une première fois le pain. Disposer les rondelles de courgette. Des lanières d'aubergine grillée. Un tour de moulin sel/poivre. Parsemer de mozzarella et d'herbes de Provence. Enfourner pour 10 min à 210°C. À la sortie du four, disposer des quartiers de tomate par-dessus.
