- Laver et sécher les épinards puis les couper finement. Faire cuire 5 min les épinards dans une poêle avec de l’huile d’olive, les laisser refroidir et mélanger à la ricotta.
- Étaler le mélange épinards/ricotta sur le roulé de pommes de terre puis étaler la viande hachée à la sauce bolognaise. Ajouter la mozzarella tranchée.
- Rouler le tout en serrant bien et enfourner pendant 15 min pour réchauffer le tout et faire fondre la mozzarella.
