- Dégazer la pâte (appuyer sur la pâte avec la paume de la main pour enlever l'air), déposer la pâte sur un plan de travail légèrement fariné, Former un boudin avec la pâte, et découper en 6 parties égales ou plus, à vous de voir pour la grosseur, Façonner des boules, Sur la plaque du four, étaler du papier sulfurisé (papier cuisson), déposer les pâtons en les espaçant et laisser pousser (gonfler) une 2ème fois (pour moi toujours au four à 50° le temps que ça double de volume..... 30 mn pour moi)
- Après avoir laisser la boule doubler de volume, retirer la plaque du four, Préchauffer le four à 180 ° Badigeonner le pain avec le jaune d’œuf + le lait.......on peut aussi parsemer les boules de graines de sésame blanc ou noir, ou des graines de pavots Enfourner pendant 20 à 25 min jusqu'à ce que le pain soit doré. 🍔 🍔 🍔Après cuisson, laisser bien refroidir, puis déposer les Pains à la Pomme de Terre sur une grille, Laisser bien refroidir humm miam miam,
